Spring Registration
Spring registration is now open. Register online with Credit card or Mail in Check or Money Order.
We are trying an incentive this season to encourage everyone to register and pay in full early.
If you register and pay in full, The total cost will only be $75 Due to one of the schools not receiving the information on time we have extended the $75 offer till March 7th. Beginning March 8th the cost will be $100 for all players. Multiple player discounts will not apply during this time.
All players must be registered and paid by Sunday March 7th!
Also the league has changed to allow U15 players to participate, anyone who did not turn 15 prior to Aug 1 2009 is eligble to play this season.
On-site signups will be held Saturday, February 27 from 9 am until 11 am and Saturday, March 6 from 9 am until 11 am. Signups will be held at the parking lot across from the fields behind Monroe Middle School.
New Champions!!!
Great weekend for Monroe Soccer! out of our 8 teams 6 made it to the finals this weekend and 4 are 2009 UCSL Rec Cup Champions! Congratulations to The U7, U10, U12 and U15 teams all winning their brackets and the U8 and U14g who were finalists. The U9 boys and U11 girls both won some games and the U11 girls even took an undefeated PRAA team through regulation and 2 overtimes only to come up short in a shootout. Awesome job everyone!!!!!
We are very proud of all our Players coaches and parents and look forward to more great things in the spring. Sheila and I hope everyone has a safe and happy holiday season and look forward to seeing everyone back in the spring. New Items added to the question and answer section

As you may or may not know, for the last 2 years NCYSA has been requiring criminal background checks on all coaches, asst coaches, board members and anyone else who will have direct contact with the kids. If you are going to be a coach or assistant coach and have not submitted your information to NCYSA please contact me immediately so we can get it entered. This only has to be done every 2 years, with personal information updates each year.
You cannot practice with the teams till this has been performed. We are sorry for the inconvience but we feel it is worth it to protect the kids. New Pictures 10/05/08 I've added A few new Pictures from Micros. I'll try and get some other action shots as the season goes on.
